For registration we require a photo of your dog. If you have a digital photo of your dog please attach it to an email and send it to: info@formosaamenity.co.uk, remembering to include the name of your dog in the body of the email. Alternatively you may mail a photograph of the dog to the Managing Agent – details can be found on the Contacts page of this site. If you have difficulty obtaining a photo of your dog please ask a member of the Board for assistance – you can email the Board from the Contacts page on this site.
